My audio programme Yoga for Busy People delivers a comprehensive practice programme divided into time frames that suit busy people.
It consists of 3 CDs with 9 x 20 minute Asana (yoga posture) sessions, 3 x talk through relaxations and 3 x talk through pranayama (yogic breathing ) sessions.
The instructions are crystal clear and can be followed without the need to look at a screen or a book. The programme comes with a fully illustrated booklet which is useful for extra clarification and for choosing, at a glance, which of the sessions you would like to practice.
